According to Martindale Hubbell, this status is the “[h]ighest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical opinions reflecting the confidential opinions of members of the Bar and Judiciary.” The status, according to Martindale Hubbell, is “earned through a strenuous Peer Review Rating process.”
