Plaintiff Todd Taylor’s class allegations against Anthem Insurance Companies, Inc. and The Elevance Health Companies, Inc. should remain in the case, a federal judge ruled. Taylor sued his health insurance companies because he believes that their denial of his proton beam therapy to treat his cancer violated their contractual language.
